I'm new to this and may need help, do you offer support? TOP
Yes we do. Unlinke many other designers, we offer email support through the process of launching your store as you need it. We respond within 24 hours to all inquiries, and see our 'add on' list for support packages. Can you incorporate my logo? TOP
Your business name is included with the template. To add in your logo is a small fee, please see our 'add on page'.
Can I change the colors and graphics myself? TOP
No. All of our designs and artwork must remain in tact. If you wish to have different graphics and / or colors please choose 'custom design' and an original site will be made for you.
Can you add all of my products and pages? TOP
Yes we can! Just send us an email with the approximate amount of products and within 24 hours we'll send you a quote on doing all of the input for your site.
Do you set up my categories and products? TOP
Your template purchase includes the template only. You are responsible for your categories, products and page content. We can of course do this for you as we know businesses are busy. Please choose 'custom design' and include your template choice and amount of products you anticipate selling, along with any other pertinent information.
How long will it take to install my template? TOP
All templates are installed within 5 business days.
Can I use my template graphics for business cards etc...? TOP
No. Your template graphics are only for web use, and are all copyright of Web Chick Designs. You may purchase our print additions and we'll be happy to create your business cards, letterhead and anything else for you!
How many versions of each template do you sell? TOP
Limited designs are sold 15 times and then retired. All others sell 20 times, and then will be retired. Custom designs are unique and sold only once.
Do you offer custom logo design? TOP
Yes we do! We offer all marketing materials, logo design, flyers, letterhead, business cards...and other custom requests.
What if I change my mind? TOP
After you place your order, there are no refunds. We will gladly give you store credit, but once you purchase from us, you are welcome to purchase another design, but will not be refunded for any errors. Please choose carefully.
Do you give the .PSD and Layered Files to me? TOP
No. These are property of Web Chick design. We don't offer any layered files, and all of the graphics in our layouts may not be changed or altered in any manner without consent from us personally.
